Change my order

Enter your email address and order number to immediately check whether your order can be changed. Select one of the options below depending on the type of change you wish to make:

• Changing dimensions or finishes
• Cancel order
  • Change/delete quantities
  • Changing material, thickness or shape
  • Add additional items
• Change delivery date
• Change delivery or invoice address
• Change the delivery of offcuts

The change will be processed manually. Please note that a change request may result in your order being delivered slightly later. We will, of course, do our best to process the change as quickly as possible.
