When your order has not yet entered production, you can still make changes. Check here whether your order is already in production.

To ensure timely delivery, we start preparing your order as soon as payment has been received. The exact moment your order enters production depends on the workload at that time. Changes or cancellations are therefore limited and only possible before production has started. Please note that changes may affect the delivery time.

If something is not correct, please let us know as soon as possible, preferably by email with clear instructions for the change. We will get back to you as soon as possible. You can also chat with us on working days from 9:00 to 17:00 via our webshop.
